The people building the infrastructure behind research-grade biobank data.
A small, focused team with backgrounds spanning biomedical informatics, clinical data engineering, and life sciences partnerships. We move quickly because the programs waiting on data can't afford to wait.
Asad co-founded Network Bio in 2021 after observing the same access bottleneck repeat across multiple research programs — cohorts taking months to source when the underlying biobank data existed and was consented. He leads strategy, partnerships, and the data licensing model. Based in Boston's Longwood Medical Area.
Priya co-founded Network Bio and leads the technical platform — from biorepository ingestion pipelines and de-identification engine through to FHIR R4 / VCF / Parquet delivery infrastructure. Her background is in biomedical informatics and clinical data normalization.
Marcus leads QC methodology and phenotypic enrichment — including missingness analysis, batch effect detection, and ICD/genomic variant annotation workflows. His prior work spanned longitudinal cohort studies in oncology and cardiometabolic disease.
Lena manages relationships with biobank partners and licensed data customers. She works with research teams on cohort design, data brief scoping, and delivery coordination — and ensures that every engagement has a clear timeline from brief to documented delivery.
